If you would like me to work on a photo please post it to me along with a completed order form. Fill out the form online, print it and then sign and date it to show that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
Once I have received your photograph(s) you will be sent a quote by e-mail for the work that you have requested. If you are satisfied with your quote then you should send your payment to me and then work will begin on your photo.
Terms & Conditions
It is important that you have read and understood these terms and conditions before placing your order. If you need anything clarified please do not hesitate to e-mail me.
1) Picture Perfect carries out work on your image(s) on the strict understanding that you own the copyright or have obtained permission to copy the image(s) from the copyright owner(s).
2) Picture Perfect currently only accepts orders from Europe and the USA.
3) Work will not commence on your image(s) until full payment is received.
4) Picture Perfect will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your original photograph(s), your payment or your finished print(s) in the post.
5) If your image(s) are of particular value you should send them by special delivery or consider getting it/them insured. If you wish your original image(s) and print(s) to be returned to you by special delivery (UK only) then please specify this on the order form (extra charge of £4).
6) If you are not willing to pay the quoted price for your requested job(s) and an agreement cannot be reached there is a cancellation charge of £2. Your original photograph(s) will not be returned to you until this charge is paid in full.
7) Picture Perfect will take extreme care in protecting your image(s), but in the highly unlikely event that it is/they are:
a) damaged while in Picture Perfect's care, you will be given a full refund and your originally requested work will be completed. The damage sustained while in my care will be repaired to as high a standard as possible, but no compensation will be paid to you.
b) lost or completely destroyed while in Picture Perfect's care you will receive a full refund and, only if your original image was scanned before it was lost or destroyed, your originally requested work will be completed, but no compensation will be paid to you.
8) Picture Perfect has a policy that if you can find the same service cheaper anywhere else in the UK we will carry out the work on your photo for 75% of that price. This only applies if you can prove that someone else in the UK will do the same thing to an equal or higher standard than Picture Perfectbefore you send your payment to me.
9) Picture Perfect has a policy of giving a 50% refund to any customer who has to wait more than 28 days from the date that Picture Perfect receives your payment, but this does not apply if the images are delayed in the post or for non-UK orders.
10) Limitations of digital scanning and printing make it impossible to guarantee exact colour matching between original photographs and prints.
11) If you are not satisfied with the results of Picture Perfect's editing, you can have the problem rectified for no extra charge by contacting me within 28 days of receiving your images. You should outline the details of why you are unhappy and you should then immediately return both your original image(s) and (all) your unacceptable print(s). Picture Perfect will not refund the cost of re-posting the image(s).
12) I give no guarantee that your photos will be ready by the estimated date that you are given. No compensation will be given if your photos are not delivered by this date as this is only an estimate. I try to get your photos to you for the estimated date, but unexpected problems can occur such as postal delays.
