If you are not completely satisfied with my work, and you return your original photos with your print(s) within 28 days, I will redo your photos at no extra charge.

My name is Malcolm McFadyen and I do all the photograph restoration and editing personally. I scan your photo to make a digital copy of it, make the changes you have requested and then print new copies for you. Since I carry out all work digitally there is no risk to your original photo, which will be returned unaltered. Although Picture Perfect is a small business, I still provide a high quality service, but with that extra personal touch. One of Picture Perfect's transformed photographs can make an ideal gift for special occasions such as milestone birthdays and anniversaries.

Value for money and excellent customer service are central to Picture Perfect's policies. I try incredibly hard to provide you with the cheapest and most reliable service available. I want to please you and if you are not happy then I am very unhappy. For these reasons Picture Perfect has the following policies:

If you can find the same service cheaper anywhere else in the UK, I will carry out the work on your photo for 75% of that price.

I am to finish your work as soon as possible, but if you have to wait more than 28 days, then you will get a 50% refund.
